2. Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Food Items

Abs Bakes permits you to purchase food items from the website. Any purchase made must adhere to the terms and conditions listed below:

2.1. Order Errors

  • If your order is incorrect upon receipt, please advise the bakery on the day the order is collected or delivered. You must provide a copy of your order confirmation as proof of payment. Management will do their utmost best to rectify any issues with the order.

2.2. Returns & Faulty Goods

  • Allergens: It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any allergies at the time of order. While we maintain high standards of hygiene, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, and dairy.

2.3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done no later than 24 hours after you placed the order online.

  • Quality Concerns: If you are unhappy with the look and quality of your food product, please advise the bakery on the day the order is collected/delivered.

  • Discretionary Refunds: A refund will only be issued at the discretion of the owner. In most instances, the shop will issue a credit note or replace the item.

  • Taste Preference: We are unable to offer a refund if you do not like the taste of the food item purchased. Taste is a personal preference, and the bakery stands by the quality and taste of the items they make.

2.4. Responsibility & Collection

  • Once you collect your order from us, it is no longer the responsibility of Abs Bakes. Both parties will agree at departure that the goods are "good to go."

3. Masterclasses

  • Bookings: Places are confirmed only upon full payment.

  • Cancellations: Because ingredients and staffing are secured in advance, cancellations made within 7 days of the class date are non-refundable.

  • Techniques: Masterclasses are designed to teach techniques so that visitors can reproduce our signature cakes and cookies at home.

  • Allergens : Attendees should be aware that our premises are used for the preparation of food containing allergens (including but not limited to nuts, gluten, and dairy). By booking a masterclass, you acknowledge that you will be handling these ingredients. It is essential that attendees speak with us in advance regarding any intolerances or allergies. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, Abs Bakes cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment and cannot be held liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.

4. Discount Vouchers

  • The percentage discount applies to the price online on the day of purchase.

  • For offer validity, refer to the dates specified on the voucher.

  • Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
